A Siren ?

Every first Wednesday of the month at 12 a.m., local authorities conduct a one-minute test of the emergency siren to ensure it is functioning properly. In this case, there is no need to worry—it is just a routine test.

However, if you hear the emergency siren at any other time, take immediate action and follow official safety instructions.
