At 8:00 p.m., the Hei Tahiti troupe presents its show “E Fenua, e Moana, e Ra'i, e Va'a, Hoê ā nūna'a Mā'ohi,” a powerful ode to the Polynesian people. Through the symbolism of the canoe, messenger of knowledge and traditions, the show celebrates the union, transmission, and preservation of Mā'ohi culture.
Awarded third prize at the Heiva for Hura Tau, the most beautiful Hura Nui costume, the most beautiful plant costume, and the prize for the best pā’ō’ā hivinau, the troupe takes you on a vibrant journey between land, sea, and sky.
