Tahiti Tourisme has conducted a survey with the various stakeholders in the tourism industry (private and public) to identify the initiatives that have been deployed in this sector to promote Inclusive & Sustainable Tourism. Realizing the goal of a more Inclusive and Sustainable tourism industry has been identified as a strategic objective in the Fāri’ira’a Manihini 2027 (the strategic tourism plan for French Polynesia).
The results of the survey have been published in a digital document, available in French and English as well. The document may be updated according to new information. It will serve as the foundation for Tahiti Tourisme and its international representatives to respond to media requests and promote The Islands of Tahiti as a destination on the path to Inclusive & Sustainable Tourism.
