Spacious and Fully Equipped One-Bedroom Apartment – Résidence Manutea (FAAA Uranie)

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, this spacious and comfortable F2 apartment offers a pleasant living space with full amenities.
Résidence Manutea is situated in the quiet Sandford neighborhood of Uranie, just across from Résidence Villa Stencer.

CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE:
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and well maintained.
A cleaner is available for linen changes, including mattress protectors, sheets, pillowcases, towels, and more.
We ensure that the accommodation is clean and hygienic to provide a fresh and healthy environment.

You will receive detailed instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy check-in.

Upon your arrival in Tahiti, taxis are available at the airport to take you to Fare Natihere.

You can reach downtown on foot.

To make your arrival easier, we offer a self-check-in system using a secure key box. Detailed instructions will be provided in advance to allow you to access the apartment easily and independently.

Rates

RATES:
- 13,000 XPF per night (minimum 2 nights)
- Cleaning fee: 6,000 XPF
- Tourist tax: 60 XPF per person per night
- A security deposit of 30,000 XPF is required upon arrival. It must be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full on the day of departure if no damage is found.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We offer two payment methods for your stay:
Cash payment is accepted in Pacific Francs (XPF) only. If needed, currency exchange services are available at the airport.
You may also pay by bank transfer. You have the option to pay the full amount in advance for convenience, or pay 50% prior to arrival and the remaining balance in cash upon check-in.Please note that credit card payments are not accepted.
Kindly confirm your estimated time of arrival and let us know which payment method you prefer. We will send you our bank details (RIB) if needed.
Upon arrival, please place the cash payment in the key box and send us a message to confirm. We will collect the payment afterward.
