Thanks to the support of Air Tahiti Nui, the official airline of the ParauParau Tahiti – PPT, the product managers of the main tour operators from the main emitting markets of New Zealand, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, England, Mexico, the United States and Canada are invited to Tahiti to meet with local tourism professionals. The Polynesian tourism professionals have the opportunity to meet, during 2 days of meetings, the product managers who are present. The ParauParau Tahiti – PPT is thus positioned as a platform for exchanges in order to re-establish and strengthen relations with the destination’s international prescribers on the one hand, and to ensure that The Islands of Tahiti destination is maintained in all its diversity on the outbound markets on the other hand.

ParauParau Tahiti - PPT 2023
For the first time since 2019, Tahiti Tourisme, in partnership with Air Tahiti Nui, held the fifth edition of ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2023 on January 31st, and February 1st, 2023, at the Presidency of French Polynesia.
The principle
Thanks to our partnership with Air Tahiti Nui, official carrier of ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2023, product managers from tour operators from our major markets –New Zealand, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, the United States, Canada- were invited and hosted in Tahiti to meet our local tourism professionals. As the very first corporate event since 2019, ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2023 is a trade platform that enables to reestablish and strengthen relationships with international sellers of The Islands of Tahiti on one part, and ensure the sustainability of our destination, on the other part.
The 2 days of workshop were preceded or followed by fam trips destined to the product managers that have chosen to participate in the programs established by Tahiti Tourisme.

ParauParau Tahiti - PPT Online 2021
Tahiti Tourisme had the pleasure of organizing ParauParau Tahiti – PPT Online 2021, which brought together product managers from the Asia, Europe, America and Pacific regions with professionals of the local tourist industry, from May 17th to May 21st 2021.
This year, Tahiti Tourisme staged the first virtual edition of the event to enable product managers and local tourism professionals to meet each other, despite the existing health crisis and travel restrictions.
Objective:
Organized in partnership with Air Tahiti Nui, the ParauParau Tahiti – PPT Online 2021 took place online from monday 17th to friday 21st May 2021 at the web address: www.ppt2021.vfairs.com
Each local partner (exhibitor) could personalize his virtual stand and « welcome » international product managers (visitors) for individual 15 minute video conference sessions.
Tour operators from 20 countries (China, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Spain) took part in this year’s event.
Local partners also had access to the conference room where they could watch videos from 7 different markets (France, Germany, Italy, United States, Canada, Australia/New Zealand and Japan) which outlined the distribution networks, travel tendencies and expectations of the tour operators in each market.

ParauParau Tahiti - PPT 2019
Tahiti Tourisme was pleased to organize the ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2019 which brought together product managers from the Europe, Americas and Pacific regions and local tourism actors on March 20, 21 and 22, 2019 at the Presidency of French Polynesia.
Objective
Thanks to the support of Air Tahiti Nui, official airline of the ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2019, the product managers of the main tour operators from the markets New Zealand, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, England, South America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Argentina), the United States and Canada traveled to Tahiti in order to meet with the local tourism professionals The Polynesian tourism professionals had the opportunity to meet, during 3 days of meetings, nearly 70 product managers. ParauParau Tahiti – PPT is positioned as a platform of exchange in order to establish and strengthen relationships with international prescribers of the destination on the one hand and to optimize the marketing of the destination on the other hand.
The three days of meetings were preceded or followed by familiarization trips to the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, Huahine, Raiatea, Taha’a, Bora Bora, Rangiroa, Tikehau, Ahe and Hiva Oa for the product managers present who opted to take part in the eductours organized by Tahiti Tourisme.

Objective:

During two days of one on one meetings ParauParau Tahiti – PPT proved itself to be a platform for strengthening relations with the tour operators and optimizing the commercialization of the destination, The Islands of Tahiti.
The two days of meetings were followed by familiarization trips to the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, Huahine, Raiatea, Taha’a, Bora Bora, Rangiroa, Tikehau, and Hiva Oa for the product managers who were present.

Objective:
The product managers of the principal tour operators of the Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Columbia markets were brought to Tahiti to meet local tourism professionals, who aren’t always able to visit those markets themselves. During two days of one on one meetings ParauParau Tahiti – PPT proved itself to be a platform for strengthening relations with tour operators and optimizing the commercialization of the destination, The Islands of Tahiti.
During the 2 days, 4 panel discussions were also organized with speakers from Tahiti Tourisme and the tour operators and were open to participants of ParauParau Tahiti – PPT .
