Tahiti Tourisme United States (TTUS) is hosting the 2024 Tahiti Receptions in four cities across the U.S

These are concise yet comprehensive training events for retail Travel Advisors who specialize in (or desire to) The Islands of Tahiti. Join us to hear important destination and product updates, as well as meet local product and tour operator representatives.

Agenda

The Receptions will be held from 3pm – 7pm

3:00 pm – Advisor check-in
3:30 pm – Destination Update
Get the most up to date information on the destination and our plans for the rest of the year.
4:30 pm – Product Updates
Receive updates from many of our participating Partners.
6:00 p – Partner Tabletops
Time to meet face to face with the Partners and get your specific questions answered. Wine and hors d’ oeuvres will be served.

Registration requirements

Retail Travel Advisors must be registered in the Tahiti Specialist Program and reach Entry Level by completing the two e-learning modules. A “REGISTER TO TAHITI RECEPTIONS” button will appear on the Advisor’s profile page once the minimum requirement has been met. Click on the registration button to activate the process; you will receive an email containing a link to your registration form. There is no fee to register.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not selected the date and city for the Tahiti Reception you wish to attend, you have not completed registration!

Complete E-learning and quizzes (if applicable) and ensure that all information on your profile is up to date.

Your registration will be based on that info.

Find the “REGISTER TO TAHITI RECEPTION” button on your profile page.

PLEASE NOTE:
IF BUTTON NOT VISIBLE= you must first complete the e-learning modules in TSP.

Once you’ve clicked the button on your profile page, an email will automatically be generated and sent to your email account under your Tahiti Specialist Program profile; you must open that email and click the link to complete your registration.

Go to your inbox and find the “Complete Your Registration” email; click on the button to take you to your registration form. Cta Email

You will notice that your profile information has already been completed for you on the registration form! Please Note: altering any information will delay the registration process.

Please select the Date and City for Tahiti Reception you wish to attend.

That’s all there is to registering for a Tahiti Reception!

You will receive an event reminder email several days before your Reception date, so please monitor your inbox and junk/spam folders.
