Data collected

For the purposes of the processing described above, the following data is collected and processed:

  • Identity: title, surname, first name, address, telephone number (fixed and/or mobile), fax number, e-mail addresses, date of birth, profession, internal processing code enabling the customer to be identified;
  • Data relating to the monitoring of the commercial relationship: requests for documentation, trial requests, product purchased, service or subscription subscribed to, quantity, amount, frequency, delivery address, purchase and service history, product returns, origin of the sale (seller, representative, partner, affiliate) or order, correspondence with the customer and after-sales service, exchanges and comments from customers and prospects, person(s) in charge of customer relations;
  • Data relating to invoice payments: payment methods, discounts granted, receipts, balances and unpaid invoices;
  • Data relating to the selection of persons for loyalty-building, canvassing, surveys, product testing and promotional activities;
  • Data relating to the organisation and processing of competitions, lotteries and any promotional operation, such as the date of participation, the answers given to competitions and the nature of the prizes offered;
  • Data relating to the contributions of people who post opinions on products, services or content, in particular their pseudonym;
  • Data collected as part of the Tahitian Specialist Programme;
  • Data collected as part of the free wifi access form issued by Tahiti Tourisme.

Shelf life

The retention periods we apply to your personal data are proportionate to the purposes for which they were collected.

Data recipients

The recipients of your personal data are our own management teams, our technical service providers and our subcontractors.

The personal data we collect, as well as that collected subsequently, is intended for us in our capacity as data controller.
