Vaapiti is a homade double sailing canoe built in 4 years in Moorea by the captain Raphael Labaysse. It can welcome up to 8 passengers and 2 crew members
We are two Polynesian Natives. We grew up with the ocean and became more and more connected to it. With Vaapiti we share our passion for the ocean, the nature and our culture.
Our wish is to continue to live unforgettable experiences while involving as many people as possible in this adventure.
Each time unique, the excursions will allow us to hoist the sails and discover Moorea quietly transported by the wind and take breaks at places where biodiversity is abundant.
We have a trampoline for those who want to sunbathe, a sunshade if it is too sunny and a motor that allows us to go upwind quickly.
On board, we always offer a selection of local specialties made from local fruits, coconut or fish.
