An accolade for inclusion

Polynesian hospitality in the spotlight

At the PATA Gold Awards 2024, organised by the Pacific Asia Travel Association, Tahiti Tourisme was named Gold Award Winner in the “Marketing Campaign – National Tourism Organisation Pacific” category. This award was won thanks to our brand new campaign, “The Welcome Test”, designed to promote The Islands of Tahiti as a destination that welcomes everyone.

Our campaign

"The Treasured Test

To ensure that the campaign truly reflected the welcome and experience of the LGBTQI+ travel community, Tahiti Tourisme collaborated with agency Circul8 to create, “The Welcome Test”, in partnership with Air Tahiti Nui. This initiative invited real LGBTQI+ travellers to evaluate their experience of travelling to The Islands of Tahiti.
