A memorable sight
One of Tahiti Nui's three most important peaks, it rises to an altitude of 2066 m.
From Pirae town hall, wind your way up to the Restaurant le Belvédère and take the well-maintained path from the military training center up to the 1st or second refuge, depending on your physical condition. Breathtaking views are guaranteed throughout the hike. The sunrise from the summit is exceptional, with a wide view of Moorea island.
