The second summit of Mangareva

Siituated in Rikitea, Mount Mokoto, at 423 meters, is the second highest peak in Mangareva. An enjoyable hike in the lush countryside, with splendid views over the other Gambier Islands and the lagoon. The trail begins on the cross-island road between Gatavake Bay and Rikitea.
