It has a total area of 210 m² including a terrace, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, kayaks, a beach, and a pool, and is close to shops and restaurants. Ground Floor: Bedroom #1: air conditioning, safe, walk-in closet, large 180x200 cm bed (king size), view of the pool, private bathroom with toilet, double sinks, and an outdoor shower and bathtub in the small private garden. Bedroom #2: air conditioning, walk-in closet, 180x200 cm bed (King size), private bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Bedroom #3 / loft: 2 beds (160x200 cm, Queen size), air conditioning, a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bathtub (Please note: Access to the upper level is difficult due to the design of the original coconut wood staircase; children under 6 years of age or elderly guests should not be left to sleep there alone.) The main living area consists of: a well-equipped open-concept kitchen: (oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso machine). A spacious living room with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room opens entirely onto the terrace through large floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a single, large space that blends the indoors and outdoors. The 90 m² terrace features a comfortable seating area and a ceiling fan for added comfort, beautiful wooden sun loungers, and a stunning dining table for 8 people, crafted from carved wood and glass.
