The Tahiti Moorea Sailing Rendez-vous is a 4-day event designed to welcome international yachtsmen stopping over in Polynesia and celebrate their crossing of the 1st half of the Pacific. It's a friendly rally based around sailing and traditional sports, providing an opportunity to meet the Polynesian population and culture. It's also an opportunity for regional synergies, with yachtsmen from Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu and New Zealand coming to promote their forthcoming stopovers further west.
