From February 24 to 28, 2026, Te Fare Tauhiti Nui – Maison de la Culture will host Thierry CHOISY's exhibition “Discovering Polynesia.”
Through acrylic and pastel, the artist offers a luminous immersion into the heart of the islands. Vibrant colors and soft textures convey the unique light of Polynesia. Lagoons, mountains, and faces compose a journey between dream and reality.
Acrylic reveals the intensity of the sun and the depth of the ocean, while pastel evokes the softness of the wind and the silence of the landscapes. Each work captures an emotion and pays tribute to Polynesian culture and the power of its nature.
A pictorial journey where the gaze becomes an explorer.
