Hinatea COLOMBANI is the new face of this season. She is passionate about Polynesian culture and history. Head of a Tahitian ‘Ori school since 2008, she founded the ‘Arioi centre in 2016 to share this passion and pass it on both locally and internationally. Based on the same principle as the Fare ‘Arioi (places of artistic and cultural transmission and teaching at the time), her aim is to democratise Polynesian culture and make it accessible to as many people as possible. Teacher of ‘ori tahiti, influencer, cultural ambassador… Hinatea is a young Polynesian woman of many resources who lives her passion on a daily basis.

As for Tiga, she remains the columnist for the “Professional Tourist” section. She travels the roads of our 5 archipelagos in search of the special features that make up the richness of Fenua.
Format
Season 2 of ‘Ia Ora Na retains its format: 15 episodes of 18 minutes divided into 3 sections:
- Guest on set,
- Employee of the week,
- The Pro Tourist,
The on-set guest

The aim of the interview is to reassure, thanks to the experience of professionals who, despite the crisis, continue to work for the development of the industry, sometimes finding alternative solutions to which they had not previously resorted.
And, above all, to encourage viewers to show solidarity with tourism by reminding them of good practice and to stand up for themselves. The presenter then goes on to talk about the “training” and “professionalism” needed to develop tourism, to launch the Employee of the Week section.
Employee of the week

By proposing a section on the Employee of the Week, who may well be a student training in one of the tourism professions, the aim is to set an example for young people to encourage them to train and invest in tourism. By being “Employee of the Week”, the subject becomes a role model, an example for young people to follow. As a good Employee of the Week, he shares with us the best practices of a good professional. We believe that reminding people to take precautionary measures can be effective in addition to institutional messages if it’s their “cousin”, “neighbour” or “friend” who says it on television, as part of their job.
La tourisme Pro

“La Touriste Pro has several objectives. Firstly, to raise awareness, inspire and involve those involved in tourism by highlighting the importance of
the authenticity of certain aspects of the local culture, the daily way of life of Polynesians through customs (flower necklaces), practices (tapa) or products (Moorea pineapple). The public are made aware of the major role they play in tourism, whether as actors or contributors. residents to stay in our islands, by showcasing a place, an activity, the Polynesian welcome, the cuisine and its products, etc. In short, everything that contributes to tourism. In short, everything that helps to make Tahiti & Her Islandsa unique destination the world over.
