When Wine Tells Its Story - A 5-Course Dinner

On Thursday, August 13, Le Lotus restaurant will welcome Xavier Thuizat, winner of the 2022 Meilleur Ouvrier de France Sommelier award, for an exceptional evening designed as a five-course gastronomic journey. Starting at 7:30 p.m., all guests will enjoy this experience at the same pace. Each course will be served simultaneously and paired with a carefully selected wine. Between each course, Xavier Thuizat will present the chosen wine, reveal the story behind the pairing, and share his insights and expertise.
