Why should I register my business with Tahiti Tourisme ?

By referencing your activity via Apidae, it is automatically integrated into all TahitiTourisme websites, in French Polynesia and internationally.

Depending on your activity and target markets, your information can also be relayed on our communication media (brochures, professional tools, partner platforms, promotional actions, etc.).

Listing allows you to :

  • Gain official visibility among local and international visitors and tourism professionals,

What is Apidae?

Apidae is a French tourism data management platform used by more than 350 tourist offices in mainland France and the French overseas territories.

Tahiti Tourisme uses Apidae to centralise, manage and distribute information from tourism service providers and points of interest (accommodation, restaurants, activities, events, cultural sites, hiking, etc.).

Apidae is used to feed :

  • Tahiti Tourisme websites,
  • and communication media (brochures, professional tools).

  • Why should I register my business with Tahiti Tourisme?

  • How do I list my tourism business?

    All you have to do is fill in the registration form.

    Once the form has been completed, the information is checked to ensure that your tourist activity is in order with the relevant local authorities and institutions (Tourism Department, DPAM, IJSPF, SEAM, etc.).

    This step ensures that the information you provide is reliable and complies with current regulations.

    Tahiti Tourisme does not decide whether to accept or reject a service provider, but relies on these regulatory checks to confirm the listing.

  • What's the difference between being listed in our tourism database and joining Tahiti Tourisme?

    Listing consists of registering your activity free of charge in TahitiTourisme’s database.
    It allows your information (descriptions, photos, contacts, services, etc.) to be published on TahitiTourisme’sofficial media.

    Membership of Tahiti Tourisme is a separate process, for which a fee is charged, which gives you the status of a member of the group and allows you to:

    • attend General Meetings, take part in discussions and vote,
    • contribute to decisions (strategies, budgets, membership fees, articles of association, etc.),
    • receive documentation on action plans and budgets,
    • and, if you wish, stand for election to the Board of Directors.

    You can be listed without becoming a member, or listed and become a member, depending on your situation and objectives.

  • How can I update my business information?

    You can update your activity information via the Apidae platform. Once your account has been created, in order to access and modify your records, you must contact the Tahiti Tourisme support team at the following address: support@tahititourisme.org

    Please specify in your message :

    • thee-mail address used for your Apidae account,
    • the company or entity you represent.

    Once the authorisations have been granted
    You will be able to access all the files linked to your entity (administrative file and service files) and update your information: descriptions, photos, contacts, services, opening periods, rates, etc.

    All changes are then reviewed and approved by Tahiti Tourisme before being published on the official websites.
