Annual Conference

Tahiti Tourisme organises its Annual Conference every year. The aim of this event is to present Tahiti Tourisme‘s global strategies and news for the year ahead, information that is eagerly awaited by all those involved in the profession and the industry, as well as the institutions concerned.

2026

Annual Conference

Tahiti Tourisme organised its Annual Conference on Tuesday 27 January 2026 at the Hotel Le Tahiti by Pearl Resort. This meeting brought together the key players in Polynesian tourism to share their assessment of the past year and the prospects that will guide the promotion of The Islands of Tahiti in 2026, with contributions from the Institut de la Statistique de Polynésie Française (ISPF), d’Archipelagoes/Tahiti Cruise Club and Tahiti Airport.

A progress report on the development strategy for inclusive and sustainable tourism was presented by the Tourism Department and Tahiti Tourisme. We also heard from Caroline Brunel, Tahiti Tourisme ‘s representative for Australia and New Zealand, as well as special guest Catherine Jolley, Head of Retail and Consumer Products at Roy Morgan, an Australian company specialising in market research and consumer behaviour analysis. She spoke to us about the expectations of Australian travellers.
