The ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2026 is a 2-day trade show on 19 & 20 February 2026. This event is a platform for exchanges between product managers and local partners, to enable them to meet, discuss offers, and deepen their business relationships through personalised 15-minute meetings.

The ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2026 will take place in face-to-face format only.

The event is reserved for Polynesian tourism partners who already work or wish to work with international tour operators to market their products/offers.

Registration is open to incoming agencies, registered land-based or floating tourist accommodation, domestic and international airlines, inter-island tourist carriers and tourism activity providers.

Registration closes on Friday 5 December 2025.

The ParauParau Tahiti – PPT 2026 will be held on Thursday 19 and Friday 20 February 2026 at the Hilton Tahiti Hotel.

Tahiti Tourisme has already launched the registration process for local partners.

You have until Friday 5 December 2025 to register.

The list of international tour operators will be available soon.

Over the 2 days of the event, there will be around 25 15-minute slots.

It is up to each partner to go onto the platform and organise their appointments as soon as the appointment booking system opens. Appointments will be made on a “first come, first served” basis.

Tahiti Tourisme will not organise your appointments; you must contact the product managers you wish to meet directly via the platform.

Tahiti Tourisme is not responsible for the number of appointments you obtain.

Appointments will open on Monday 5 January 2026. From that date, and subject to validation of your participation in advance, you will be able to schedule individual 15-minute appointments with the product managers of your choice, directly on the dedicated platform.

Use of the appointment platform is compulsory.

You can schedule 2 consecutive 15-minute meetings with the agreement and availability of the same partner if you need more than 15 minutes.

Appointments will be available from Monday 5 January 2026 until the end of the PPT 2026 event on Friday 20 February 2026.

The main representative :

The Tahiti Tourisme member rate is 65,000 XPF ex VAT per person.

The non-Tahiti Tourisme member rate is 74,750 XPF ex VAT per person.

This fee entitles you to :

• 1 table with chairs for your meetings,
• 1 access to the meeting platform,
• 2 lunches (1 per day) and 4 coffee breaks (2 per day).
• Presentation of the company in the digital brochure.
• Access to the closing cocktail on Friday 20 February 2026

Accompanying person :

The Tahiti Tourisme member rate is 20,000 XPF excl. tax per person.

The non-Tahiti Tourisme member rate is 23,000 XPF ex VAT per person.

This participation entitles the accompanying person to:

• Accompaniment of the main representative to the event
• 2 lunches (1 per day) and 4 coffee breaks (2 per day)
• Access to the closing cocktail on Friday 20 February 2026

Participation fees must be paid directly to Tahiti Tourisme before 23 December 2025.

You will receive an invoice during the registration validation process. Please pay as soon as you receive it. Your participation will only be confirmed and validated once payment has been made and received.

All cancellations and/or changes to bookings must be notified as soon as possible by e-mail to the following address: jfaanakong@tahititourisme.org

In the event of cancellation by the partner, for any reason whatsoever, other than force majeure, the amount corresponding to the price of the service will be due and payable, if it has not been paid or, if it has, it will be forfeited to Tahiti Tourisme, with no right to reimbursement, in accordance with the following conditions and proportions:

• Less than 60 days before the event, 30% of the price of the Service is due;
• Less than 45 days before the event, 60% of the price of the services is due;
• Less than 30 days before the event, the full price of the Services is due.

In line with the vision of sustainable tourism, we strongly recommend that you bring digital brochures. In addition, you can bring a table kakemono and goodies for the participants you meet.

Please respect your dedicated space allocated by Tahiti Tourisme so as not to disturb the other participants.

The free Hilton Tahiti car park is located on the 2nd floor of the Pacific Faa’a – Carrefour shopping centre. You can then use the footbridge to get to the hotel.
