Registration fees

For the principal representative

The registration fee for the main representative is 65,000 XPF HT for Tahiti Tourisme members, while the non-member rate is 74,750 XPF HT. This payment validates your official participation in the event and guarantees your presence among the key players in the sector.

This registration includes a complete set-up for your discussions: a dedicated workspace with table and chairs, as well as privileged access to the appointment-booking platform. The package also includes catering (lunches and coffee breaks), your listing in the digital brochure and an invitation to the closing cocktail party on 20 February 2026.

Registration fees

For the accompanying person

To register an additional employee, the fee is 20,000 XPF HT for Tahiti Tourisme members and 23,000 XPF HT for non-members. This special rate allows the accompanying person to join the main representative for the duration of the event to strengthen your commercial presence.

This participation includes full access to the catering offer, including the two lunches and four coffee breaks scheduled. The accompanying person will also receive an invitation to the closing cocktail reception on Friday 20 February 2026, providing extended networking opportunities.
